Excavator cylinder as our main production product, forming a complete hydraulic cylinder production line from development and design to production.Relying on more than ten years of experience, the products have been continuously upgraded, from excavator hydraulic cylinders to the production of multi-stage hydraulic cylinders.While continuously improving production capacity, we actively participate in the field of cylinder customization.The company mainly produces a variety of imported domestic excavator hydraulic cylinders, the introduction of advanced finishing CNC lathes, grinders, surface grinders, cylinder automatic assembly equipment, each product from raw materials to finished products must strictly implement ISO international quality testing standards.
Piston rod production process line
Piston rods are tempering steel and hardening for consistent performance; The rods are induction hardened prior to chrome plating, which prevent the rod from bending and scratching. The rods remain rust less over 100 hours under salt spray test.
We completely produces piston rods and processes by heat treatment. We have own electroplating factory, which uses mirror processing technology. The surface of the piston rod is up to 3 decimillimetre.
Cylinder barrel production process line
The tube are skived & burnished for the straightness and concentricity, the superior finish bring better sealing and longer life.
We have horizontal honing machines and completely own the production of steel cylinders and steel cylinders.
Assemble parts production process line
Barrel/rod end/ Cylinder cover : forged high strength steel
Barrel/rod end, Barrel/rod head, piston are totally produced by precise forging, hardening and tempering, heat treatment to avoid damage.
Automatic welding process
The welds are done fully automated for consistency and integrity. With lean welding craft for creating the strong joint strength and eliminating the defect.
We adopt the automatic welding process, and the good weld seam can match the appearance of the original parts, and the welded parts are not easy to fall off.
Fully automatic paint baking process
We have a fully automatic painting room, which makes the surface of the cylinder paint bright and has a good surface finish to ensure a good appearance.
At present, there are few such paint production lines in other excavator cylinder aftermarket factories in China
Manufacturing Equipment
Our company has many types of horizontal mid-frequency thermal refining lines and horizontal mid-frequency surface hardening lines, imported skiving machines, deep hole milling machines, high precision external grinders, CNC auto welding machines, imported auto friction welding machines, auto cleaning machine, auto electroplating lines ｏｒ Nickel & Chromium, auto assembly lines and auto printing line etc.
It has special manufacturing and processing capability for all kinds of oil cylinders.
Testing Equipment
We have perfect inspection method and various kinds of inspection tools, like Optical Measuring Instrument, Salt Spraying Tester, Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Measuring Instrument, all-purpose material tester, Roughness Tester and so on.
We set up quality control processes and all cylinders are carefully tested before leaving the factory.
Finished product warehouse display
We have standardize production process to improved production efficiency, build capacity of 6000pcs cylinder in per month.
For some often used models of excavator hydraulic cylinder , we have in stock, within 7 days . For any order less than one container takes about 2 weeks to finish; Order of 1-2 container takes 4 -6weeks; At busy manufacturing season, manufacturing time needs more which can confirm by discussion.
